I go here for hot chocolate or tea often. The veteran owner enjoys baking and is a kind person. They had a special high tea which was a beautifully decorated event with delicious food and teas. I highly recommend you try this place.

I attended OFLOW's High Tea event with my mom, sisters, and aunt to celebrate my mom's birthday, and it was a fabulous experience! The owners made all of the food from scratch and all of the teas were loose leaf local tea blends from Music City Tea! The tables were decorated in Valentine's Day Theme decor, and it was so cute! The owners and staff waited on us with precision and attention to detail! They even sang happy birthday to my mom! I highly recommend OFLOW for coffee, tea, and treats as well as their special events like High Tea! I'm so glad we have a local coffee shop like this in the Boro that provides unique experiences and fresh food! I also told the owner that I have a gluten sensitivity, and she happily made accommodations by providing special gluten free treats for me (which I told her wasn't necessary, but she did it anyway)! Highly recommend, and we'll be back for sure! The owners take so much pride in their store and food, and it shows! Loved it!

I called ahead to see if they had any pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The place looked very nice and welcoming, and I was greeted by a super friendly gentleman when I arrived. As for the pumpkin pie—WOW. Hands down the best pumpkin pie I’ve ever had in my life! It was perfectly spiced, creamy, and absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my bakery needs. Highly recommend this gem of a spot!

A local cute, coffee shop that made a great coffee. We tried cappuccino and he made it just right, we love the arts and atmosphere is chill and very cozy. They have various of cakes too, I am assume it would be good too since I am not a fan of sugar. Oh they have bubbles tea too. We tried and it was good. I was they open in Sunday though, will be back if we in downtown for other cakes and other kind of drinks.

We stumbled upon Oflow while at the farmers market and it became a fav! We even had them cater mini cheesecakes for our wedding reception- unfortunately I forgot to take a picture but they were delicious and beautiful! They’re a wonderful family, with like minded views and goals on caring for others and helping those in need. They also have a cute little section for local art and such!!
